Create detailed technical sketches and "tech packs"
Oversee the sampling process and coordinate with tailors/pattern makers
Select appropriate fabrics and embellishments (beading, embroidery)
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skill
Knowledge of garment construction and luxury finishing
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Basic Computer knowledge, MS Office, and Windows
