E-Commerce Specialist Shopee (Beauty Brand)

We are seeking a talented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to join PT Proline Innovation Indonesia in Tangerang. This is a full-time position that plays an important role in driving our online sales growth and strengthening our presence across digital marketplaces. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online stores, product listings, promotions, campaigns, and overall marketplace performance. You will work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, and other related teams to ensure the best customer experience while achieving the company's sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Proline Labgrade Skincare, a growing beauty and skincare brand committed to delivering innovative, high-quality products to consumers

📍 Lokasi: Alam Sutera, Tangerang 📅 FULL WFO: Senin – Jumat ⏰ Jam kerja: 08:30 - 17:30

Tanggung jawab :

• Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan platform e-commerce perusahaan agar tercapai performa yg maksimal
• Merancang dan menjalankan campaign digital marketing untuk meningkatkan traffic, engagement, dan penjualan di channel e-commerce
• Menganalisis data customer dan customer behaviour untuk menemukan peluang pengembangan dan pertumbuhan toko
• Memantau tren industri dan aktivitas kompetitor, memberikan rekomendasi agar tetap selangkah lebih maju
• Kolaborasi lintas departemen untuk eksekusi plan e-commerce
• Mengukur dan melaporkan performa aktivitas e-commerce sebagai bahan evaluasi dan strategi ke depannya

Kualifikasi:

• Pengalaman min.1 tahun sebagai E-Commerce Specialist di industri beauty / skincare / personal care
• Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang operasional Shopee
• Memahami strategi promosi, traffic, & conversion di marketplace
• Mampu menganalisis data penjualan dan membuat laporan performa
• Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi dengan lintas departemen
• Kreatif, detail, komunikatif, dinamis dan target oriented
• Familiar dengan Fast paced environment
