Job Summary
Procon Events & Marketing Pte. Ltd. seeks a creative and organized Events Services Executive to support the full lifecycle of experiential marketing campaigns, corporate events, and brand activations.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, event proposals, moodboards, and experiential activation ideas aligned with client briefs
- Coordinate event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, scheduling, and technical requirements to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare meeting materials, track project deliverables, and maintain consistent client communications to support account servicing teams
- Liaise with vendors and production partners to obtain quotations, compare pricing, and ensure deliverables meet quality and budget standards
- Provide on-site operational support during event setup, rehearsals, live execution, and tear-down to ensure smooth program flow
- Conduct trend research, venue scouting, and participate in brainstorming sessions to support new business pitches and proposals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
- Prior experience or internship supporting events, experiential marketing, public relations, or hospitality operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain close attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Proactive and hands-on approach with a creative mindset and strong interest in brand experiences
- Proficient in standard office software and presentation tools
