Production Planning & Work Orders: Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on machine capacities and delivery priorities.

Issue, release, and distribute approved job orders / work orders to production floors.

Monitor live execution of production plans to ensure strict adherence to delivery deadlines.

Materials & Inventory Control: Track and monitor stock levels of duplex board, paper, carton, and print consumables on a regular basis.

Calculate exact material requirements per work order to minimize scrap and reduce production waste.

Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for raw materials prior to reaching reorder points.

Logistics & Shipping Support: Perform volume and weight calculations for finished goods packaging.

Calculate container capacities ( CBM ) and layout space utilization for sea freight and export shipments.

Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to streamline final order deliveries.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily output rates and material wastage against standard target KPIs.

Generate periodic reports detailing plan accomplishment, delays, and operational bottlenecks.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Engineering — Industrial, Mechanical, or Printing Engineering).

Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in production planning.

Solid background in the manufacturing sector (strongly preferred in offset printing , duplex box packaging, and corrugated carton manufacturing).

Technical Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of raw materials used in duplex and carton box production, as well as printing consumables.

In-depth understanding of offset printing operational stages and workflow processes.

Working knowledge of sea freight logistics, container loading optimization, and CBM (Cubic Meter) calculations.

Skills & Competencies: Very Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced command of Excel (data analysis, scheduling templates, formulas).

Intermediate to Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-departmental communication skills.
