Now, we’re looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven Pricing Manager to join our Finance team and help drive the future of our pricing strategy.

The Role We’re looking for an experienced pricing professional to take ownership of pricing across our Insurance Solutions and Specialist Finance divisions. This is a commercially focused role with significant autonomy and visibility across the business. You will lead pricing for complex and high-value transactions, develop pricing strategies and frameworks, and act as a senior commercial partner to Sales, Finance and the firm’s leadership. We're looking for someone who brings established pricing expertise, strong commercial judgement and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. You will be expected to own recommendations and be accountable for their commercial impact, rather than simply provide analytical support. What You’ll Do Own pricing for complex and high-value contracts and single transactions, balancing revenue, margin and risk

Act as a senior pricing partner to Sales, Finance and leadership teams

Lead the development and governance of pricing models and methodologies

Analyse profitability, pricing performance and commercial opportunities across the portfolio

Develop scenario analysis and financial cases to support strategic decisions

Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives from concept through to implementation

Present recommendations and commercial insights to senior decision-makers

What We’re Looking For Significant experience in pricing, commercial finance, transaction pricing or a related discipline

Demonstrable experience owning pricing decisions for complex products, contracts or transactions

A proven track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies, models or frameworks

Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations and business decisions

Experience influencing senior stakeholders and constructively challenging commercial assumptions

Strong financial modelling and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel; experience with relevant BI or data tools would be advantageous

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to operate with significant autonomy while managing multiple complex priorities

Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field

Desirable Financial services experience (specialty finance, lending, asset finance, insurance or another complex financial services environment

Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth organisation

ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification

Experience developing pricing governance or approval frameworks

Experience leading projects or mentoring colleagues
