Guest Relations & Concierge Specialist

🌴 WE ARE HIRING — GUEST RELATIONS & CONCIERGE SPECIALIST 📍 Remote | Bali 💼 Full-time | Flexible Schedule 💰 IDR 4,500,000–5,000,000/month + Upsell Commission Responsibilities
- Manage guest communication through online booking platforms and messaging apps
- Handle guest requests, complaints and problem-solving
- Coordinate with operations teams and service vendors
- Promote and sell concierge services and other upsell opportunities
- Maintain guest records and prepare basic reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality or guest relations experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with online booking platforms and messaging apps
- Strong communication, sales and upselling skills
- Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented
- Good knowledge of Bali services and vendors is a plus
