TRUCK MECHANIC

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and repair truck mechanical faults
• Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections
• Handle repairs independently from diagnosis to completion
• Respond to truck breakdowns and restore vehicles promptly
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Ensure safe and quality workshop practices

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ hands-on experience as a truck/motor vehicle mechanic
• Strong practical knowledge of truck mechanical systems
• Must be an all-round mechanic able to handle repairs with minimal supervision
• Strong fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Chinese-manufactured trucks is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance and servicing
• Ability to work under pressure with integrity and discipline
