Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

Conduct geological and geotechnical investigations for infrastructure projects. Carry out site inspections, soil investigations, and field assessments. Analyze geological, soil, and subsurface conditions to support engineering designs. Assist with foundation and earthwork assessments. Prepare technical reports, site investigation reports, and geological documentation. Interpret geological maps, borehole logs, laboratory test results, and survey data. Work closely with civil, structural, geological, and surveying teams. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering and geological requirements. Identify potential geological and geotechnical risks and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure all work complies with relevant engineering, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

B.Sc./B.Eng. in Geology, Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, geology, or geotechnical projects is an advantage. Good knowledge of soil mechanics, engineering geology, site investigation, and foundation principles. Ability to read and interpret geological and engineering drawings. Proficiency in relevant engineering/geological software is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Willingness to work on project sites when required.
