POSITION TITLE: Carpenter Foreman [In House] Full-time

LOCATION: West Area COMPANY NAME: Poseidon Furnishing Club Pte Ltd ADDRESS: 51 Bukit Batok Crescent, #03-19, Unity Center, S(658077) SALARY: $3,200 - $4,000 TIMING: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Saturday)

Job Summary: Lead and support team operations by managing workflows, training staff, and collaborating with Factory Manager on scheduling works to enhance team performance and resolve employee issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply 2D drawing to fabricate furniture components accurately
• Perform site measurements to ensure precise fitting and installation
• Coordinate with site teams to facilitate smooth and timely installation processes
• Execute on-site furniture installation with attention to detail and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with workplace safety standards
• Communicate clearly to ensure understanding and alignment across teams

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 to 5 years of experience in similar carpentry fabrication and installation roles
• Proven experience in on-site installation of furniture
• Able to use carpentry tools and equipment, including both manual and power tools
• Good understanding of math and measurements
• Comfortable working alone or with a team
• Willing to work outside standard hours, including nights, weekend when required
• Possess good physical stamina and excellent manual motor skills
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred)
