Bachelor's Degree in Productions and Engineering or HND 10-15 years experience in the Production Industry Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision Draw up production schedules and monitor the production process To lead the development of new products and commercialize them Understand technological trends, changes, new materials and the introduction of innovative products Responsibility for compliance with system and procedures related to Quality Assurance Minimize customer complaints and control in house rejections
