Research and Development Engineer

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in R&D, product development, manufacturing, laboratory, or related engineering work. Knowledge of product testing, material evaluation, and research methods. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. Fresh graduates may be considered, depending on the specific R&D assignment.
