MECHANICAL ENGINEER (GENERAL)

TOTAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and accurately encode job request (JORs) into our system.
• Clearly identify and categorize the type of job requested. (eg. Preventive maintenance, repair troubleshooting).
• Efficiently distribute job orders to the Electrical and Mechanical Department (EMD) team ensuring timely execution.
• Perform troubleshooting and critical machinery and equipment to diagnose issues and identify root causes.
• Coordinate, organize, and schedule all maintenance activities within the organization including preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure that all maintenance task are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Effectively allocate resources (personnel, tools, parts) to maximize efficiency and minimize cost
• Implement strategies to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational availability.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance.
• Analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures during maintenance activities to create a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all job request, maintenance activities, repairs and equipment histories including recorders inspection reports and spare parts usage.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our maintenance processes and procedures

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineer..
• With at least 1 year technical experience in an industrial or manufacturing.
• Must be keen to details and excellent written and oral skills.
• Possess positive attitude, Flexibility in a multi-tasked environment and able to manage priorities.
• Must be amenable to work in Valenzuela City.
