Key responsibilities

Supports retail project planning and delivery

Coordinates tenants, contractors and stakeholders

Assists with site inspections, design reviews and submissions

Tracks programmes, deliverables and approvals

Supports HSE, authority approvals and site compliance

Assists with T&C, snagging and project close-out

Maintains project documentation, trackers and reporting

Supports meetings, client coordination and issue escalation

Experience and background

1–3 years’ relevant experience

Based in Dubai

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management, or a related field

Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills
