Head Of Administration
Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies and procedures. Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning. Coordinate office activities and administrative support services.
Office and Facility Management:
Manage office facilities, equipment, and maintenance activities. Ensure a safe, secure, and conducive work environment. Supervise procurement and management of office supplies and assets.
Budget and Cost Control:
Prepare and monitor administrative budgets. Control operational costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Approve administrative expenditures within authorized limits.
Staff Supervision :
Lead, supervise, and evaluate administrative staff. Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and performance reviews. Identify training and development needs for administrative personnel.
Vendor and Contract Management:
Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and vendors. Ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with contractual obligations. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Policy Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation. Identify and mitigate operational risks related to administrative functions.
Asset and Inventory Management:
Oversee the organization's assets and inventory records. Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and safeguarding of company property.
Support to Management:
Provide administrative support to senior management and departments. Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates. Participate in strategic planning and organizational improvement initiatives.
Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication across departments. Coordinate meetings, events, and organizational activities. Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency. Implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Requirements:
Degree from a reputable tertiary institution. 4 to 6 years in HR, general office, administration, vendor & contract management Exposure to integrated architecture, construction & real estate development. Smart, builder & effective communication. Not more than 40 years.
Remuneration: NGN 5 Million - 7Million Annual Gross + Other incentives.
