QA Engineer - Backend (Golang) Junior+

We are looking for QA Engineers - Backend (Golang) Junior+ to join one of our teams — Cashback Partners .

Challenges that await you:

Analyzing requirements, creating test scenarios, preparing test data

Developing and maintaining test documentation

Acceptance and regression testing (automated and manual)

Writing and maintaining automated tests in Go

Identifying, localizing, and reporting defects using a bug tracking system

Communicating with the product team throughout development and participating in releases

Maintaining the test project

What makes you a great fit:

1–2 years of experience in QA

A proactive, persistent, get-it-done attitude — you enjoy chasing a problem across teams until it’s actually solved, not just reported

Experience developing and maintaining test documentation

Programming experience in Go / Java / Python

Experience with Git or other version control systems

B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

Hands-on experience in writing automated tests

Experience with SQL

Experience with AI tools in testing
