**Overview

**We are seeking an experienced site-based Project Manager and Site Lead to oversee daily project execution in the Project Execution department. The role integrates production, schedule management, commercial controls, and collaboration with NNPR. Reporting to the PMO, you will lead both the Core Team and Site Team to ensure project objectives are met. You will coordinate across functional roles including construction management, planning, controlling, and QA/QC HSE.

**Responsibilities

**

Manage overall project delivery and daily site execution, including staffing, subcontractors, work fronts, and work prioritization.

Lead weekly Core Team and Site Team meetings to ensure realistic work plans, production follow-up, and issue resolution.

Serve as Beritech’s primary operational contact to NNPR, facilitating clear decisions, agreements, meeting minutes, and follow‐up.

Ensure timely documentation of changes, delays, and impacts via Dalux EWN, manage CAN/CO processes, and provide input for time and payment claims.

Own project budget, forecasts, risk registers, and management reporting; track hours, quantities, changes, and invoicing basis with controller and planner.

Coordinate technical releases with the technical project manager and oversee HSE, QA/QC, testing, documentation, and final handover activities.

Identify and escalate obstacles and interface issues promptly to maintain project momentum and align stakeholder expectations.

**Required Education

**Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Marine Engineer or a related field is required.

**Required Experience

**Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience leading large mechanical installations, preferably process piping or pharma projects, with strong site planning, production control, and multidisciplinary coordination. Demonstrated expertise in interpreting contracts, quantity accounting, change management, and documenting schedule and cost impacts is essential. Living close to Køge to commute to site. Danish and english is a requirement.

**Additional Requirements

**Fluent written and verbal Danish and English; experience with Dalux software and systematic reporting tools. Ability to travel daily to the project site in Køge. HSE certification and valid construction safety training are required.
