Main Responsibilities To service the clients’ general insurance needs Understand the çlients’ insurance requirement, provide advice & quotation to çlients on the insurance coverage required, negotiate with insurance company for the best rates and terms, close the sales transaction, follow up on premium payment To place the coverage with the insurers and to process all necessary documents To review and negotiate renewal terms and follow up on policy renewal before expiry Ensure proper documentation of policies and correspondence Requirements Diploma/Degree in any field with minimum 2 Years of Experience (YoE) in the insurance industry Possess a Certificate in General Insurance and Health Insurance, Diploma in Insurance will have an added advantage Entry level candidates who are keen to learn will be considered as junior executives for training Truthful and dependable with an approachable disposition Capable of completing tasks autonomously Take the lead proactively when addressing tasks Background in managing sales and consumer questions Excellent communication skills, and able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Capable of performing effectively under strict deadlines Eager to acquire new skills and holds a constructive mindset A team player with excellent attitude towards customer service Others Working hours: Mon-Thur 8.45am to 6pm; Fri 8.45am to 5.45pm Performance bonus; medical insurance; annual leave; birthday leave By applying, you consent that the contents of your CV and job-seeking preferences will be processed for the purpose of job matching.
