The Role As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-calibre professionals for senior and specialist positions. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals and direct search

Conducting candidate research and market mapping

Building and managing a strong candidate network

Approaching and engaging senior professionals through telephone, email and LinkedIn

Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls

Understanding candidates' experience, motivations and career objectives

Identifying suitable candidates for executive and specialist vacancies

Managing the recruitment process from initial approach through to offer

Developing long-term candidate relationships

Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment requirements

Supporting business development and winning new clients

Building market knowledge within your specialist sector

Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion

Working towards individual and team revenue targets
