LOGISTICS OFFICER

Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the entire order cycle, from origin warehouse to final destination.

Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with transport providers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.

Track outbound and inbound shipments, optimize routing, and resolve any transit delays.

Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and oversee warehouse capacity.

Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, international shipping laws, and customs requirements.

Analyze supply chain performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and implement cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Officer, or similar supply chain role.

Proficiency with standard logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or specialized WMS/TMS platforms).

Solid understanding of international shipping protocols, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
