receptionist

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. We have two wellness clinics, located in Oakbank and Beausejour, MB. We are looking for an applicant who has strong interpersonal skills and possess strong attention to details. The applicant must have strong computer abilities to work in a modern digital medical clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Independently schedule, bill, and interact with clients
• Manage support staff and inventory
• Support service providers and ensure clinic is sanitary

The following skills are considered assets but not required:

• Accounting/Bookkeeping
• Private Medical Clinic Experience
• Third party insurance billing and accounts reconciliation

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
