Logistics & Trade Staff
Principal
- Process and verify purchase orders, coordinate with internal teams and customers on order status, shipment ETA, stock levels and shipping modes.
- Work with warehouses to ensure accurate and on-time shipments.
- Prepare export shipping documents, handle BL confirmation, courier tasks, filing and daily export control updates.
- Coordinate with customs, forwarders, suppliers, and MoIT for CO documents (Indo, Thailand,...
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, International Trade, Import–Export, or similar.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics, Import–Export, Supply Chain.
- Experience working with customs, forwarders, and authorities.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving.
- Good Excel.
- Good English skills.
- Time management, detail-oriented, patient, quick learner.
- Ability to train, support and work cross-functionally.
