About the Role As a Medical Sales Representative , you will be the face of our company, developing strong relationships with physiotherapists, physicians, sports medicine professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, universities, and clinics . You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate technology solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and driving business growth across the physiotherapy and rehabilitation sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine, and healthcare sectors .
Build and maintain strong relationships with physiotherapists, physicians, sports medicine professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, universities, and clinics.
Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and technical discussions to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our equipment.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and technology solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Develop new accounts and expand business with existing customers.
Follow up on quotations, opportunities, tenders, and projects throughout the sales cycle.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine, and medical technology trends, as well as competitor activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
- Medical / Healthcare Background — Required
Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Medicine , or another relevant healthcare/medical discipline.
- Clinical & Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or healthcare technologies .
Ability to understand and communicate clinical and technical product information to healthcare professionals.
Strong interest in medical devices and rehabilitation technology .
- Sales & Business Development
Strong passion for sales and business development .
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills .
Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and develop new business .
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer engagement skills .
Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated approach.
