*Responsibilities / Requirements for positions:*

• Have prior related fencing or similar Industry related construction experience.
• Able to provide on-site supervision and coordination of workers installing Chain Link, Vinyl & Ornamental fence systems, gates and related products or as a 2nd man be eager and able to work with supervisor(s) as above stated.

• In depth technical knowledge of fence installations in commercial & industrial, safety sensitive, projects
• Competent, and able to train workers, in all installation job tasks and equipment operation (skid steer, auger drive, hand tools etc.) or as a 2nd man be eager and able to work with supervisor(s) as above stated

• Train, develop and provide feedback for all crew personnel

or as a 2nd man be eager and able to work with supervisor(s) as above stated.

• Coordination and hands-on involvement of all day-to-day activities
• Continuously develop work plan to meet schedule and productivity targets with your partner / team.

• Empowered to make proactive decisions related to project execution and field level problem resolution
• Provide improvement feedback to senior management on productivity, quality, safety, personnel and training

• Material requisition and equipment / resource management
• Prepare daily work progress reports

• Direct and supervise third party contractors or as a 2nd man be eager and able to work with supervisor(s) as above stated
• Provide training in, and adherence to, Phoenix and customer safety programs & procedures

• Interface and liaison with customer representatives
• Require valid driver?s license, clean drivers record, clean criminal record

• Overtime hours available during the fencing season
• Consistent Drug & Alcohol testing with monetary kickback

• Out of town monetary kickback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $53,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
