WELDER FOREMAN

Supervise and coordinate daily welding activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and specifications. Lead and oversee a team of welders, welding helpers, and fitters, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity.

Qualifications/Requirements: Diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade is preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in industrial welding, with at least 2 years of experience as a Welding Foreman or Welding Supervisor.
