Retail Trade Program Coordinator

The RTP Coordinator is responsible for the effective administration, execution, and monitoring of the Retail Trade Program across Armenia. The role ensures accurate contract management, POS documentation, stock control, program reporting, payment calculations, and coordination with field teams to support successful commercial and retail engagement initiatives.
Retail Trade Program Administration
- Coordinate end-to-end RTP processes and support compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Manage retailer agreements, annexes, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely collection, verification, and archiving of signed contracts and related documents.
- Support onboarding of new RTP-participating outlets and administration of program changes.
POS and Contract Management
- Maintain an accurate database of contracted points of sale (POS).
- Process contract amendments, POS updates, and agreement renewals.
- Track placement, movement, and branding requests related to retail equipment and POSM.
- Coordinate required approval workflows with internal stakeholders.
Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare regular RTP performance reports and data summaries.
- Analyze outlet performance and sales data to support RTP investment decisions.
- Support POS selection and prioritization based on commercial criteria and territory potential.
- Monitor program KPIs and provide clear insights to management.
Stock and Asset Control
- Manage RTP-related stock reporting and reconciliation.
- Extract, consolidate, and distribute stock reports to field teams.
- Coordinate asset movements, write-offs, reservations, and branding activities.
- Ensure appropriate tracking and documentation of company assets deployed in trade outlets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a key coordination point between Business Builders, Field Force, Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
- Support monthly remuneration calculations and program-related payment processes.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on operational issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and commercial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, accounting, finance operations, documentation management, contract administration, reporting, or commercial support functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong analytical and reporting capability; confidence working with databases and reporting tools. Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system is an advantage.
- Professional working proficiency in Armenian and English. Russian is an advantage.
