FORMAL SERVICE WAITER

Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, guiding them to tables, answering menu questions, and offering recommendations or upselling specials. Order Taking & Input: Accurately writing down or typing food and drink orders into POS systems and transmitting them to kitchen staff. Food & Beverage Delivery : Serving meals and drinks promptly while ensuring dishes match special dietary requests or modifications. Table Maintenance: Clearing dirty plates, refilling drinks, bussing tables after guests depart, and resetting dining spaces. Payment Processing: Issuing accurate bills, handling cash or card payments, and processing tips. Operational Setup: Completing side work, such as rolling silverware, stocking condiment stations, and keeping the dining floor clean. The successful candidate will be assigned to work in Brunei, and compensation will be provided in Brunei Dollar (BN$).
