Warehouse Keeper

Receive goods and ensure they confirm to the quantities and specifications stated in the receiving documents, and inspect their condition before storing them.

Arranging and classifying materials inside the warehouse in a way that ensures easy access and maintains their safety, and implementing safety systems to protect them from damage or theft.

Conducting a periodic inventory of warehouse contents, matching the actual balance with the recorded balances, and preparing the necessary reports.

Organizing daily tasks to ensure the prompt fulfillment of orders without delay.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to use store management software and office software

Experience of not less than 7 years

Experience in factories, especially cosmetics companies, is preferred.

The ability to conduct periodic and perpetual inventory with high accuracy and to reconcile figures.

Knowledge of receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance procedures.
