Assembly Operative

s £12.80 per hour Day Shift | Monday to Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm

We are currently recruiting for Temporary Assembly Operatives to join our client in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing company, offering ongoing temporary work, full training, and the chance to develop your skills within a manufacturing environment.

The Role

As a Temporary Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products to specification while maintaining high quality standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assembling products using hand and power tools
• Following work instructions and assembly drawings
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Packing completed items ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

About You

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Keen to learn new skills
• Able to work accurately and with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
