Assembly/Production Supervisor  Plans and coordinates the workflow on the production lines Troubleshoots production problems which may arise and assisting the Production Manager in planning new project work  Trains, motivates and guides his subordinates, maintains discipline among the operatives Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
