Finance Assistant (6-Month Contract | Convertible to Permanent) 📍  Location:  Shenton Way 💰  Salary:  $3,200 – $3,800 per month 📅  Contract Duration:  6 months 🔄  Potential conversion to a permanent role upon completion Are you looking to build your career in finance and accounting? Join an established organisation and gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day finance operations, bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or junior finance professionals who are keen to develop their accounting knowledge and grow within the organisation. Job Responsibilities Handle daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

Support GST and corporate tax filing activities in accordance with IRAS requirements

Liaise with external auditors and prepare supporting documents and audit schedules

Provide general administrative and operational support to the Finance team

Assist with ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Candidates with accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related experience will have an added advantage

Basic understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software

Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
