Dispatcher - Bilingual
We are looking for a proactive professional with experience in logistics and dispatch operations? Were looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Medellín!
What will you do?
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring transportation operations, ensuring loads are properly assigned and shipments move efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and assigning loads to available drivers/carriers.
- Monitoring shipments through Track & Trace.
- Communicating with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Managing transportation documentation and updating information in the TMS.
- Identifying and resolving delays, route issues, and operational exceptions.
- Following up on shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Supporting day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar logistics position.
- Experience in transportation, freight, trucking, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Track & Trace and TMS platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Ability to work on-site in Medellín.
