Shipping Coordinator (Freight Forwarding)

Monitor and co-ordinate import & export shipments. Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and others) Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking. Liaise with consignee / shipper on import shipment's arrangements. Send / fax arrival notice to consignee and arrange collection / delivery of cargoes. Submission of permits to shipping lines. Data entry and other assignments.

Possess minimum GCE 'N' Level
