This hybrid role puts you at the centre of myhalo's zero e-waste mission: you'll keep our online listings sharp and selling, our warehouse humming, and every device's second life on track. Key Responsibilities eCommerce Inventory & Fulfilment Management Keep online stock accurate — sync inventory levels across platforms in real time to prevent overselling or stockouts

Own order fulfilment end-to-end — from pick and pack to timely dispatch and delivery tracking

Turn sales performance into inventory decisions — monitor which listings are moving and prioritise stock and restocking accordingly

Reconcile online orders against warehouse stock, catching and resolving discrepancies early

Handle returns and exchanges — process them back into inventory swiftly and accurately

Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse operations — inbound/outbound processing, labelling, and SKU management

Follow each device's journey — work closely with the technical team to track refurbishment and upcycling status, keeping everyone in the loop (no technical background needed — you're the coordinator, not the one holding the screwdriver)

Keep our inventory procedures running to the quality and data-security standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 27001) that keep clients' trust intact

Ensure proper disposal and recycling of unsellable or returned goods

Logistics & BuyBack Coordination Coordinate with logistics partners for import/export, delivery schedules, and fulfilment tracking

Manage and respond to trade-in/BuyBack inquiries

Run regular audits on turnaround time, billing accuracy, and the buyback pipeline

Collaborate with finance and vendor teams on reporting and compliance

Sustainability Integration Champion sustainability initiatives across warehouse operations

Track and report the quantity and weight of recycled/upcycled items — real numbers behind our zero e-waste mission
