Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team part-time in Singapore, Central. You will process transactions accurately, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to support smooth customer flow
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and punctuality in all work duties
- Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance to represent the brand well
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of cashier experience in a bakery, café, or similar F&B environment
- Minimum qualification of secondary education or high school
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
