Senior Accountant (m/f)

Patron Capital, a real estate investor, is looking to recruit for its Luxembourg based activities a (m/f):

Senior Accountant

Your profile:

• Bachelor or master degree in accounting or similar;
• Minimum 5 years experience in Luxembourg ideally in a trust company or a real estate Fund.
• Solid experience in tax compliance & knowledge of transfer pricing
• Ability to produce regular reporting with stringent deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French is mandatory; working knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish appreciated.
• Good knowledge of IT in general and accounting software (Demasy is an asset);

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure your portfolio of accounting files are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting, as applicable.
• Compliance with and maintenance of accounting control procedures,
• Prepare other financial management reports on an ad hoc or periodic basis, as requested.
• Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements (including periodic accounts) and specific fund reporting.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Monitor tax compliance and support solution of taxation issues.
• Provide input for transfer pricing reports
• Preparation and coordination of financial audits.
• Ensure efficient and proactive communication with internal and external parties.
