As a Duty Management Intern , reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the hotel. Working across multiple departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance, you gain hands-on exposure to hotel management while contributing to operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Rooms Division Manager in overseeing the daily operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments
- Act as a central point of contact for operational matters and assist in ensuring effective communication between departments
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, bars, and back-of-house areas to ensure hotel standards are maintained
- Assist with handling guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery actions to ensure a positive guest experience
