*Duties:*

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread and pastry goods
• Follow recipes and ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and other bakery-related duties as required

*Experience:*

• Previous experience working in a bakery or food preparation environment is an asset
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment is an asset
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of baking tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

*Requirements:*

• *Must be available to start work at 4:00 AM.*
• *Must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays.*
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg is an asset.
