AR/AP Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issue VAT invoices to customers
• Check timesheets for billing
• Process payment to suppliers
• Daily reconcile bank account transactions
• Monthly reconcile AR/AP with customers/suppliers
• Support for tax declarations (VAT, FCT)
• Support for month-end closing
• Filing accounting vouchers
• Other accounting work as assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Nationality: Vietnamese
• Qualification: University degree in accounting
• Year of Experiences: 1-2 years
• Preferred Language: English/Vietnamese

Compulsory Skills & Knowledge (Must have)

• Hard-working & thorough
• High level of integrity & attention to details
• 1–2-year experience in the same position in FDI companies

Preferred Skills & Knowledge (Nice to have): Japanese
