Key Responsibilities

Process customer bets accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, ticket payments, and winning payouts. Verify tickets and process winning payouts according to company procedures. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Maintain accurate transaction records and balance the cash drawer. Keep the betting shop clean, organised, and welcoming. Follow company cash-handling, operational, and compliance procedures. Report any cash discrepancies or unusual transactions to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum SHS, Diploma, HND, or equivalent. Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage. Strong numerical and cash-handling skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented. Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
