Marketing & SEO content specialist

1.Build and manage NOSBAAN's presence on Google Maps for all apartments 2.Optimize and maintain NOSBAAN listings to meet company standards 3.Write SEO-friendly content for listings, across the NOSBAAN website and Airbnb 4.Create new listings, including preparing photos and videos needed for each listing 5.Curate photos and identify content that needs improvement across listings 6.Write and improve NOSBAAN website content to resonate with target customers 7.Coordinate on SEO with relevant teams 8.Coordinate with other teams in the marketing field 9.Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Open to candidates at all experience levels — potential and work ethic matter more than years of experience Strong writing and communication skills in English Basic understanding of SEO, or a strong willingness to learn High attention to detail and a genuine drive to improve things Good eye for selecting and organizing photos Organized and able to manage multiple listings and tasks at once Curious, motivated, and takes pride in their work Comfortable with both creative and structured work — writing, organizing photos, optimizing listings Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn new things Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently
