Affiliate Supervisor

Job Descriptions:
- Develop affiliate partnership strategies and recruitment workflows
- Set affiliate selection criteria based on GMV, followers & content quality
- Supervise affiliate collaboration, negotiation, barter programs & approvals
- Develop creative concepts, content briefs and scripts for affiliates
- Monitor content quality, brand compliance and content-related issues
- Manage and develop top affiliates to improve sales performance
- Plan and monitor monthly affiliate missions, rewards and promotional programs
- Analyze GMV Net, KPI achievement and affiliate performance
- Lead daily team operations, DAP, affiliate budget and sample product allocation
Requirements:
- D3/S1 in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Management or KOL Specialist; Beauty or Skincare experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience is a plus
- Proficient in TikTok & Shopee Affiliate Centre
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and performance reporting skills
- Familiar with affiliate sourcing tools such as Kalodata and Affiliate Centre
- Strong understanding of content trends and affiliate marketing
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Creative, results-oriented, organized and detail-oriented
- High integrity and good time management
