Handyman – Maintenance Department Key responsibilities Carry out general repair and maintenance work around the premises.

Attend to minor plumbing, painting and fixture repairs.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.

Maintain a safe, clean and well-kept environment.

Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements Relevant experience in handyman, building, facilities, or general maintenance work.

Basic knowledge of general repairs.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, reliable and safety-conscious.
