We handle payroll, personnel administration, and employment for businesses in Egypt and for companies abroad hiring talent across the region. The commercial function is being built now — which means whoever takes this seat shapes how it works rather than inherits it.

The Purpose of the Job: Own the professional-audience presence and turn it into conversations and qualified enquiries rather than followers, in Arabic and English.

Job Duties: Write and publish content on a defined rhythm in both languages.

Handle inbound comments and messages, qualify and route real enquiries

Engage proactively outside our own posts on prospect and partner content

Support and activate leadership and employee accounts

Report engagement, conversations and enquiries against targets

Brief the Brand & Creative Lead on visual asset needs

2+ years running a brand account for a professional or business audience

You write the content yourself, in Arabic and English

You handle the inbox and route real enquiries — publishing is not the whole job

You can name a conversation your content started

Arabic native
