Terminal Controller

Terminal Controller Location: Eastham Salary: £42,000 £46,000 (after 3 months) £50,276 (full rate) Hours & Shifts:

• 45 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm, 8am–4pm, 10am–6pm, 2pm–10pm
• 1 Saturday every 6 weeks

Overview Outsource UK are recruiting for a Terminal Controller to support operations at a fuel storage site in Eastham. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, dispatch, and transfer of products while ensuring full compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise product receipt and dispatch
• Support maintenance inspections and site housekeeping
• Respond to emergencies and follow site emergency plans
• Work in line with COMAH and safety regulations

About You

• Experience in fuel terminals or a similar process-led environment
• Strong safety awareness and ability to challenge unsafe practices
• Good communication and basic IT skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and occasional lone working
