Villa Manager (Munduk Based)

Villa Manager Wanted – Uluwatu, Bali Location: Ungasan-Uluwatu, South Bali Position: Full-Time – On-Site

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Villa Manager to join our team in Uluwatu. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, service-oriented, and capable of managing both the day-to-day operations of a luxury villa and a small support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily villa operations and ensure the property is always guest-ready
• Handle guest communication, check-in/check-out, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
• Manage and coordinate villa staff (housekeepers, maintenance, security, gardener, etc.)
• Maintain villa cleanliness, presentation, and functionality at all times
• Handle minor issues and maintenance promptly or coordinate with technicians
• Keep track of supplies, inventories, and staff scheduling
• Report to villa owner/management with weekly updates

Requirements:

• Prior experience in villa or hospitality management
• Based in Uluwatu
• Fluent in English (other languages would be a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy (basic reporting, WhatsApp/email communication, calendars)
• Friendly, professional, and service-minded attitude

Preferred:

• Knowledge of villa booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Experience handling guest reviews and feedback
• Basic budgeting or reporting skills
