Accountant 📍 Location: Ungasan 🕒 Type: Full-time

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing villa management team. If you have a strong background in corporate finance, tax compliance, and legal reporting within the hospitality or property sector, we want to hear from you!

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for the company and multi-villa owner revenue splits.
• Tax Compliance: Manage all corporate tax obligations, including calculating, reporting, and filing monthly and annual taxes (PPh, PPN) in strict accordance with Indonesian regulations.
• Legal & OSS Reporting: Handle periodic OSS (Online Single Submission) reporting, LKPM (Investment Activity Report), and ensure all company legalities and licenses remain up to date.
• Auditing & Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions and operational expenses are properly documented and compliant with internal and external audit standards.

✅ Requirements:

• Based in Ungasan, Jimbaran & Uluwatu.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant (experience in villa management, real estate, or hospitality is highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, and corporate tax filing.
• Hands-on experience navigating the OSS system and managing corporate legal reporting requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and modern accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and highly proficient in English.
