- Develop quarterly and annual sales plans and monitor their execution across all sales channels.
- Set the group's sales targets, track achievement rates, and take corrective actions to address deviations.
- Build and manage the Sales & Operations budget and ensure spending stays within it.
- Set sales policies (discounts, returns, etc.) and oversee their implementation across branches.
- Develop operational plans for branches and sales channels, ensuring smooth operations and target achievement.
- Analyze branch performance (sales, profitability, number of customers, average invoice value, growth rates) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Set customer service standards and procedures and monitor the teams' compliance.
- Monitor stock availability and shortages, slow-moving and near-expiry items, in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager.
- Track Customer Care KPIs and recurring complaints and address their root causes.
- Oversee E-Commerce sales and orders and ensure integration between branches and customer care to deliver orders on time.
- Monitor department heads' KPIs and evaluate their performance monthly.
- Submit a monthly report to the direct manager on sales, achievement rates, branch performance, and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- 12–15 years of experience in the pharmacy field (at least 10 years in a managerial role).
- MBA (Major: Sales Management) is a strong plus.
- Proven skills in managing sales and operations for pharmacy chains.
- Strong analytical skills in sales, profitability, and branch growth rates.
- Experience managing Customer Care and E-Commerce operations.
- Solid sales planning and target-setting skills.
- Ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong performance-tracking and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficient in ERP systems and B-Connect.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, team-building, time-management, and communication skills.
