Digital Marketing And Web Operations Specialist - English, Remote, and Dominican Republic

We're a U.S.-based company building and operating local service businesses, and we're looking for a highly tech-fluent specialist to execute our digital marketing and web operations from start to finish. This is not a 'learn on the job' role. We need someone who already knows these tools and can run with clear direction—someone who sees the list below and confidently says, 'I can do that.'

What you'll be doing: Launching service businesses from scratch—building websites, running keyword research, setting up ad campaigns, configuring automations, and documenting your process so it's repeatable and auditable.

Must-have skills:

• WordPress (build & manage full sites)
• SEO, schema markup, metadata, sitemaps & indexing
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, retargeting
• Ad copywriting
• GoHighLevel (setup & automations)
• Zapier integrations
• Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Search Console
• Conversion tracking & offline conversion tracking
• Google My Business optimization
• Domains / DNS management
• Basic HTML awareness (you don't need to be a developer, but you must understand what's happening)
• Funnels, forms, short codes
• AI prompting & image creation (Claude + ChatGPT)
• Fluent English (spoken & written)

Nice-to-have:

• Server-side API basics
• Facebook / Instagram posting strategy
• Web presence strategy

The real requirement: Rapid learning and adoption of any software. If you're the kind of person who can pick up a new platform fast and figure things out without hand-holding, you'll thrive here.
