Inside Sales Position

Import / Export & Sales Support | Orenda – Industrial Area of Thessaloniki

Orenda is a rapidly growing machinery manufacturer in the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki . We are looking for a Customer Order Assistant who will be part of our continuous growing team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via email and chat.
• Prepare and issue commercial documents through our management system.
• Coordinate and manage import–export processes and related documentation.
• Support the sales team with order tracking, quotations, and customer follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Qualifications

• Two year experience in customer service is reguired.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of a second foreign language (German or French) is considered an asset.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professionalism, courtesy, and a customer‑oriented mindset
