Job Description:
- Collect soiled laundry from customers and deliver clean laundry to Hotel, Restaurant or commercial locations on time.
- Plan and follow an efficient delivery route to maximize time and fuel usage while meeting customer deadlines.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when picking up or delivering laundry, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including customer information, special instructions, and completed tasks.
- Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained. Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to supervisors.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic organizational skills for handling orders, paperwork, and delivery schedules.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Requirements:
Min 'N' or 'O' Level.
Valid Class 4 Driving License.
Minimum 1-year driving experience.
Proficient in English.
Bilingual is an advantage.
Able to Work on Weekends.
Ensure timely collection and delivery of client's items.
